Wisbech About Our Client: Our client is a market-leading global brand and is currently looking for an experienced manager to run a resturant in the Wisbech area. If you have previous management experience in either a food, retail or hospitality environment and you want to join an expanding global brand with great career prospects, then this may be the opportunity for you! The salary for this position is �20,000 - �24,000, dependant on experience, plus fantastic benefits which are detailed below. What the role will involve: Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: Training, coaching and motivating your team Recruitment, discipline and conflict management Pushing sales and profitability within the restaurant A strong customer focus Delivering and exceeding KPI's Accountability of Profit and Loss Co-ordinate in store promotions Accurate completion of all administration and paperwork What's on offer: In return for all of your hard work you will receive a highly competitive salary, quarterly-paid bonus of up to 50% (12k), a pension scheme and many other company perks.
