Job Description:

As Assistant General Manager you will assist the General Manager to ensure the operational and financial success of this restaurant. You will be responsible for your team ensuring all are trained and developed in line with the company brand standards.

Required Experience:

This is a great position in a fantastic company and would suit an outgoing personality who can lead from the front with passion. You will have innovative ideas and be able to motivate your team. You will need to currently be an Assistant Manager who can handle the pressure of a high profile restaurant and manage effectively in a high volume environment.

Salary and Benefits:
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £19,000, an excellent bonus along with excellent training, support and scope to progress your career further.
