You will be responsible for training and inspiring individuals on all levels by promoting their full potential. Training must be of the highest standard. You must be able to build effective relationships and develop a learning organisation that is committed to continuous progress and development. Job Description This striving world class hotel operating company is looking for an experienced trainer to develop and agree a systematic approach to training and contribute to the overall Training and Development strategy. A strong focus on customer service, sales, behavioural, statutory and management development. With a keen eye for identifying specific needs you will make sound recommended solutions. You must inspire and create a desire to learn to all employees. You must manage training expenditure and be aware of overall financial performance. Reporting to the Regional Training and Development Manager to achieve the business aims throughout 5 hotels across the South of England. Required Experience �Strong communication and organisational skills �Knowledge of Food and Beverage an advantage �Training Design and Delivery experience ideally in the Hospitality Sector �Customer focused �Worked in a Multi site role with a focus on service �True relationship builder Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is �26,000 with company benefits including a company car allowance.
