Description Assistant Manager is required for a contemporary, fresh food restaurant based in Cambridge.

Job Description:

As Assistant Manager you will assist the General Manager in the smooth running of the business, ensuring that all systems are in place and company standards in both profitability and quality standards are maintained. You will lead the floor team to deliver exceptional service and will have the opportunity to develop your career in a challenging and fast paced environment.

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate should be highly dedicated and professional, possessing excellent communication skills. You will have experience at Assistant Manager level within a similar fresh food high volume environment with an emphasis on quality. This company expects a high degree of commitment and you must be career driven. You must take pride in your work and also be able to demonstrate the ability to drive your team to achieve both excellent service standards and maintain the quality of the food offer at all times. It is imperative that you possess a passion for quality food and wine and have excellent service standards.

Good financial knowledge is a must though progressive training will be given for career growth.This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager who relishes a challenge to work for a forward thinking company within a quality branded restaurant.

Salary:

As well as the excellent basic salary of up to 17,000, there is a generous bonus and benefit scheme and an in-depth, hands on, operational training program.
