Key responsibilities for a Assistant Restaurant Manager � The role involves the day-to-day operation of a busy Fast Food operation � Supporting Unit Manager in duty management � Financial accountability including budget control � Maximising sales opportunities � Recruitment and selection of team � Training and development of team � Daily and weekly administration � Liaising closely with Senior Managers � Assisting in other areas of site as and when needed � Health and safety control � Food safety � Security of site Key Attributes for a Assistant Restaurant Manager � Management experience in a customer facing environment � Proven track record of success within a Restaurant or Fast Food environment � Excellent communication and influencing skills � Experience of staff recruitment and selection along with training and development � Problem solving and decision making � Effective planning and time management � Passionate about driving sales � Experience of product sourcing and management � Financial accountability � Ability to work to tight deadlines This is an excellent opportunity that offers great career progression within this multi-functional catering operation and would be an ideal position for a current fast food restaurant manager, assistant restaurant manager, supervisor or a catering manager.
