Deputy Manager required for an upmarket, quality fresh food restaurant brand in Beaconsfield, up to £20,000 plus bonus!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading restaurant companies as Deputy Manager. This well-known operation prides itself on their exceptionally high standards and has an excellent name within the market place.

Job Description:

This company expect their managers to totally immerse themselves into the business, taking almost an owners view of their operation. You would be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of running a very successful business including implementing and maintaining brand standards, planning and organising the management team to ensure that all shifts are carried out with maximum guest satisfaction.

Required Experience:

Successful candidates will be highly dedicated, professional and possess excellent communication skills along with having a passion for service excellence and fine food. Deputy Managers will be expected to be involved with Profit and Loss accountability of their site, so financial acumen is a must. Experience with new openings is preferred but not essential. You must be motivated, confident and able to manage a team to deliver high quality service.

Salary:

As well as the excellent basic salary of up to £20,000, there is a generous bonus scheme and in-depth hands on, operational training program.
