More pubs, means more general managers, more head chefs, and more assistant managers! Our pubs (we call them 'Country Pubs & Eating Houses' - rather than 'gastro pubs') feature relaxing bars and dining rooms seating up to 100 guests My client will only recruit the best. Hours: 40+ hours a week over 5 of 7 days / split shifts Accommodation: Live in offered. paying supplement of �26.50 per week. Salary is negotiable. For the right Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie looking for their first step up.
