Description We are looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager for this hands-on operational role in a busy Cheshire Hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for all food and beverage operations including running functions, overseeing the restaurant, liaising with heads of departments, staff training, stock takes etc. It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years previous experience at this level and that you are able to provide a check able work history together with recent references. This is an immediate start, initially for a month to cover a period of recruitment - complimentary live-in accommodation can be provided.
