Description		A beautiful Cheshire hotel, part of a highly reputable chain, is now recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager! The hotel has a double AA-rosette winning restaurant and a fantastic wine list. This venue is located in a gorgeous rural setting and there are great opportunities to progress within the company! Your main duties will include assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, training, motivating and developing the restaurant service team to improve the quality of service and profitability. You need to ensure that all Health and Hygiene standards are adhered to and will be responsible for the appearance of of the department. You will lead by example, and help to maintain a customer focused culture. You need to be an excellent customer service personality and be able to deal with any situation that may arise. You will take responsibility for stock take, cash handling, maintaining equipment etc. previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant rosette experience desirable *good knowledge of food and wine is a bonus Salary and Benefits or Remuneration The starting salary for this role is �15 000/annum. This is likely to be reviewed in the future, and there are opportunities to progress within the hotel and the company!
