Description		Berkeley Scott is delighted to be partnering with an exclusive independent Hotel who are looking for an exceptional Chef de Partie to join their 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant. The Chef de Partie will only be required to work in the fine dining restaurant and will be offered a salary of 18,000 and live in accommodation is available. Job Description The Chef de partie will be cooking for the Rosette standard restaurant which seats 50. The Chef de Partie will also be required to cater for functions and events. Required Experience The ideal candidate must be currently working in/or have previously worked in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
