Focusing on quality, accountability, appreciation, training & development, teamwork and an upbeat environment, you can expect to be working in a fun atmosphere that will help you develop yourself and your team. Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to: �Maximise sales to achieve and exceed budgets �Monitor food, labour cost and controllable expenses �Lead the team �Ensure all company standards are met �Training, coaching and motivating your team �Accurate completion of all administration and paperwork You: You will have previous management experience with teams greater than 10. You will have worked towards targets and have a working knowledge for profit and loss from previous positions.
