Description		Management Couple South West - �30,000 - �35,000 Includes Live-In Management Couple needed for this fast growing Pub company in the South West. The company is looking for Managers who have experience with-in the pub/ hospitality industry with at least 1 of the couple being able to run the kitchen in the Head Chef s absence. The sites are very busy on the dry side of the business and the food is top quality produce, everything made from scratch so skills need to be very good. The company is taking on new acquisitions and looking for dynamic, passionate Managers to run them. The sites are rural so own transport will be necessary, they have live-in accommodation and there is quite a lot of autonomy and leeway over the day to day service and running of the site. Management Couple Requirements: 1 to be fully chef qualified, extremely passionate about fresh, local produce and the ability to produce meals to a high end Gastro style standard To have been Managers together for a suitable length of time Passion and Ambition for the industry Very high service standards Experience of running a similar busy Gastro style site Complete financial autonomy and proven ability of forecasting, profit and loss and employee wages Positive management style and ability to recruit, train and develop a strong team Both Managers to be licence holders Both Managers to have a stable career in the hospitality industry Food hygiene certificates would be useful The salary depends on experience and Chefs skills Starting at �30,000 to �35,000 per annum Plus Live-In accommodation In order to ensure your enquiry with regards to this position is dealt with quickly, please send in an up-to-date copy of your Curriculum Vitae in a Word Document format.
