Description		Deputy General Manager required for this well established, standards driven restaurant in Manchester. As part of a national group there will always be room for progression for the right person. You will have to be customer focused, self motivated, enthusiastic about service, and have an eye for detail. This employer has a reputation for delivering quality across the board, so you must have the passion to drive this forward and make your stamp on the unit. Job Description As Deputy General Manager you will be part of a team working to provide the highest quality service, food and drink. By motivating and inspiring your team you will drive the business forward, develop sales and ensure that the unit complies with the brand standards. As well as supporting the General Manager, you will also be responsible for the unit on a shift basis, taking on all aspects of the business as required. As well as the service aspect of the job you will become involved in all aspects including the kitchen, the bar, the restaurant and the back of house. Required Experience The ideal Deputy general manager will require * A strong background in hospitality, retail or leisure. * Good management or supervisory experience. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, * have the ability to motivate and lead a team. * The ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers is essential, * you must have first class organisational skills. Salary and Benefits The salary for this role is between 15,000 and 17,000.
