Description		A well known Gastro style establishment in the heart of Buckinghamshire is looking for a Kitchen Manager to head up the team. This menu is contemporary and is constantly reviewed to ensure the brand is meeting the changing customer tastes staying ahead of the competition. Job Description The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running a busy kitchen operation including, developing the brigade, ordering, stock control/rotation, staff rota's, recruitment, dealing with suppliers but most importantly, ensuring that the highest quality of food is sent out each and every time. Required Experience As Kitchen Manager you will have excellent communication skills and have experience of managing a team. You will, however, be hands on when necessary and lead by example in the kitchen. You will be responsible for food stock control and have extensive food hygiene and health and safety knowledge. Starting Salary The successful Kitchen Manager will be on a starting salary of 19-22,000pa plus bonus and live-in accommodation.
