The property itself is located just on the outskirts of Bromborough and is easily located to by car and local bus routes. This is an amazing opportunity for you to come and join their management team and take the hotel to startling new heights!!! Job Description As the front office manager for this hotel, you will be responsible for the management of a team of of 1 team leader and 4 receptionist and will take a leading role in the training and development of their team. you will ensure that the all staff are operating in line with company procedure in regards to customer care to ensure that all guests are provided with an excellent experience. You will oversee the daily operation of the reception desk. ensure that all room enquiries are handled and followed up. Required Experience We are looking for a candidate with a strong front office background, who can manage a team and who is devoted to the highest levels of customer service. You will also have knowledge of the Opera front office system and have the ability to train your staff in regards to these skills Salary The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to �20,000.00 dependant on experience. You will also receive a 20% bonus, pension. health care and a large list of group benefits.
