Description Our Client, a leading Golf and Country Club in the North West of England is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager

The club is currently undergoing a major refurbishment and is therefore needing a strong leader who can really make a difference by improving standards and service.

The ideal candidate must be from a hospitality background with a passion for delivering the highest levels of service and management. You must be commercially aware with a positive attitude and resilience.

You must have an understanding of stock levels, experience in managing a team and the ability to fit in with the members of the club.

You will be responsible for the running of 2 busy restaurants and bars plus a large conference and banqueting facility, recruiting staff, health and safety issues, sales etc
