Description		This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational company as a Food and Beverage Manager. You will join the senior management team in order to deliver outstanding customer service and drive forward the business. The hotel is located less than 30 miles from Luton airport and with a range of customer facilities ensuring a high occupancy rate. Job Description You will have overall responsibility for all food and beverage service related departments, and also work closely with other departments in order to achieve all targets and standards. With good financial understanding you will be working closely with budgets and managing the profitability. You will also be required to support, undertake and drive the department training for team members and encourage clear communication and handling of responsibility. Retaining staff through training and encouragement is also required and attending head of department meetings to report on activities. Duty management shifts will also be required. Required Experience Educated to NVQ level 3 or above Have head of department experience for at least 4 years in at least a 3* Hotel environment. With a strong emphasis on Food and Beverage. Experience in recruitment and retention of Heads of Department and Supervisors. Financial experience in terms of stock control and costing of items, also Payroll forecasting. Strong leadership skills and communication skills, both verbal and written, Calm under pressure. Remuneration The starting salary for this role is 26500. Bonuses can be achieved on an annual basis dependant on targets and achievements. Company benefits include reduced Hotel rates and dry cleaning allowance for members of Management.
