The Role As Assistant Manager your focus will be on leading your team, supporting your General Manager and delivering excellent customer service at all times. These restaurants are located in London so we are looking for personality, knowledge of the UK market and the ability to drive sales and inspire your staff with energy and enthusiasm. Experience A sound financial knowledge and brilliant front of house skills are required from a Assistant Manager, and while my client is open to background you will have experience within the hospitality industry to at least Assistant Management level. Branded restaurant backgrounds are preferred but not essential but you must have a great understanding of the branded markets and standards. You must be a confident manager with superb communication skills. Salary and Benefits The basic salary for this position ranges from �16000 up to �18000 depending on experience. My client offers a fantastic bonus potential of 15 percent. This measured against KPI's. Berkeley Scott is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
