Description		DEVELOP AND SUCCEED IN A GLOBAL RESTAURANT BRAND! My client is looking for experienced deputy and assistant managers to join their successful, expanding and progressive company. This role involves supporting the manager in the day to day operation of the unit, deputising in their absence and having a hands-on role in directing, motivating and coaching staff to reach their full potential. You will ensure a passion for competition-beating customer service is delivered and that the business is driven to succeed. If you are a team player and motivational leader with experience in leading successful teams this role should suit you. You may not have full service experience, experience within quick service environments, public houses or catering management would also be welcomed. The package on offer is up to �18,000 with a bonus scheme dependant on unit performance reaching up to 25% of you basic salary.
