You would be working in the kitchen brigade under a professional and personable Head Chef. The Shift Pattern is 5 over 7 on straight shifts, cooking for up to 150 per day with a full fresh food offering. The Chef de partie will need to have empathy for people in hospital and able to cook for comfort and dietary needs. The Chef de Partie must have own car as you will be expected to cater for functions at another site. This will be paid as overtime.
