My client is a Residential Training and Conference Centre with a practical mix of high tech meeting rooms, top class catering and set within the beautiful green of the Buckinghamshire countryside.

As Receptionist you will be required to operate the Day to day operation of the main reception desk and Bedroom allocation. Operating the front desk and all in-house guests in terms of bills, check in and check out. Building and maintaining rapport with customers. Liaising with all other departments, management and board of directors in terms of meetings, messages. Daily shift balancing. Switchboard use Kinetic computer system

As Receptionist you need to have a bubbly personality, welcoming, excellent customer service skills including phone and face to face. Must have an enthusiastic approach to life and work with an upbeat personality.

Working 1 full weekend a month, 2 on just one shift a month, and one full weekend a month.
