Description		A hugely successful nationwide company are seeking a Head Chef for their already established pub/restaurant. My client pride themselves on their high standards across their group and now is your chance to join their success and benefit from their excellent in-house training and fantastic benefit packages. Job Description You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a small brigade, Health and Hygiene, stock control / rotation and ensuring that the highest quality of food is sent out each and every time. The pub caters for 700+ covers a week from a traditional British menu. Required Experience You will ideally be from a Branded pub/restaurant background and have experience in a busy, volume- led quality business. This could also be a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take their first Head Chef role. Starting Salary The successful applicant will benefit from a salary of 24,000pa plus a GP related bonus and company benefits.
