Description		Job Title: Chef de Partie Hours: 5 days out of 7 Rota Salary: �18,500 pa Location: Central London Job Description: A luxury 4 star deluxe hotel near to all major tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace and West End theatres is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their team. As a Chef de Partie you will be assisting in the preparation, production, and presentation of food served in their restaurant. The restaurant serves Modern European cuisine. This would be a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to learn and progress as you will gain experience on each section of the kitchen - Veg, Larder and Sauces. Benefits include: Uniform Meals provided when on duty, in the staff restaurant Staff rates on hotel rooms for friends and family Qualifications/Experience: Experience of working as a Demi/Chef de Partie is necessary. NVQ/City and Guilds qualification in cooking or equivalent would be an advantage as well as Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
