This fantastic, famous hotel needs a talented Junior Sous Chef to work in their kitchen. This person needs to have rosette experience to work in the Brasserie part of the kitchen,

There are a total of 28 – 30 in the kitchen and you will be expected to become an integral part of what is already a very successful team.
