They have one Rosette but would welcome another, so long as the standard of food that the locals love is not compromised

Unusually for a town based restaurant there is accommodation available at £400 per month but the salary for chef de partie. set at betweem £18k to £21 makes that extremely reasonable to town based accommodation.

The brigade is 7 strong at full strength serving up to 80 covers. There are 9 shifts per week giving you 2 and one half days off.
