Beautiful Country House Hotel set in the Surrey Countryside requires a Sous to join its kitchen.

All food is fresh, prepared on site and cooked to order and the kitchen takes full advantage of the best produce sourced locally including organically farmed meat and vegetables.

The menu is Modern British. As Sous Chef you would be expected play a key role in the running of the kitchen. The Head Chef has a reputation for meticulous mis en place, very high standards of cooking and employs some very innovative techniques that puts him at the cutting edge of the Modern British culinary scene.

As Sous chef you will be expected to run your own section, supervise other staff and stand in for the Head Chef in his absence. You must have strong all round kitchen skills.
