Description		CATERING SUPERVISOR THE ROLE: As the Catering Supervisor of this large chain of privately owned Garden Centres you will have varied and busy role. You will be required to be extremely hands overseeing all areas of this thriving Operation; you will also be tasked with the following duties: oCooking daily; dishes from the menu and specials board oServing customers in a friendly and timely manner oEnsuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy and health and safety rules are strictly adhered to oAssisting the Catering Manager with staff recruitment, training and recruitment oAssisting catering Manager in ensuring company's sales targets are achieved and maximised oDeputising in the absence of the Catering Manager THE COMPANY: oEstablished in 1930's oCurrently under going huge investment and improvement in all stores oOver 120 stores nationwide THE CANDIDATE: oMust be very hands on and happy to complete a variety of tasks including cooking and serving customers food oGood working knowledge of HASAW, COSHH and HACCP oBasic food hygiene certificate essential oExcellent communication and customer service skills is also a must oExperience of leading or managing a team in a catering environment essential THE PACKAGE: o�6.00-�6.50 per hour DOE oPart Time hours (typically 25- 30 per week) oRotating shift pattern- working 5 days out of 7 between 8am-6pm o30% discount on all products oExcellent training and progression opportunities within company Basingstoke Right4Staff has been established for over 20 years and prides itself on the calibre of candidates and clients alike.
