There are 5 Star Hotels and there is the Chester Grosvenor which even seasoned travellers find luxurious.
They are looking for a SOUS chef to join their 6 strong pastry brigade. The position is part of a team that serves the 40 cover 4AA Rosette Michelin Starred restaurant plus an 80 cover brasserie, functions to 250, teas etc.
So as PASTRY SOUS CHEF you will have in depth experience at least to 2AA Rosette level and preferable at 3AA Rosettes / Michelin Star.
You will have technical skill and an innovative approach to plated desserts as well as being able to produce, breads, patisserie, jams, ice creams, petit fours etc.
This is a live out position but assistance can be given to find local accommodation.
Salary will be around £20k but is negotiable depending upon experience.
