Chef de Partie - 5* Hotel - West End

Working for this award winning 5* hotel in the heart of the West End, they are seeking an experienced and talented Demi Chef & Chef de Partie for their outstanding brigade.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within 4/5* hotels, preferably within modern British/ European cuisine.

You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative, share your knowledge and experience with Commis and Apprentices, as well as learning from others.

Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota, which involves shift work.
