Working for this quality modern French/ European restaurant in the heart of the City, they are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Parties for their outstanding brigade.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants or brasseries, preferably within modern French/ European cuisine.

You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative, share your knowledge and experience with Commis and Apprentices, as well as learning from others.

Working 5 days out of 7, on a rota, which can include Monday to Friday.
