Title: Hospitality Assistant/Prep Chef

Salary: £7.50 + per hour depending on experience
Contracted Hours: 40 HOURS PER WEEK (to be worked flexibly between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday). Rota provided 7 days in advance. Additional hours may be required to meet the demands of the business
Annual Leave: 20 Days

Purpose of the role:
To manage the delivery and clear down of hospitality.
To assist in the café as and when required.
To assist in the preparation of buffets and hot foods.

Key Accountabilities:
• To manage the hospitality bookings ensuring that all bookings are delivered and cleared down on time.
• To ensure that buffets are displayed to spec
• To respond to ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner
• To deliver hospitality bookings via van to other sites
• To help prepare, serve and clear down various hospitality requests
• To assist in serving in the café as required
• To operate a till.
• To act as host when required for hospitality bookings
• To act as point of contact for the client on site for all matters relating to hospitality


Essential Requirements:
• Experience of similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Passion for quality food and service

Technical Knowledge & Training
• COSHH
• HACCP
• Health & Safety

Qualifications:
• Basic/Intermediate Food Hygiene
• NVQ2 Food Preparation Desirable
• Full driving license
