Working for this quality modern French restaurant, part of an established restaurant group, they are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Parties.

The successful candidate will have proven experience within quality restaurants or brasseries, preferably within modern French/ European cuisine.

You will need to be passionate about quality food, enthusiastic, able to work in a team and own initiative, share your knowledge and experience with Commis and Apprentices, as well as learning from others.
