Junior Sous required to work in our very busy banqueting section in our hotel. We offer amazing prospects, progressive training and the chance to be part of a highly motivated team.

Transport necessary as this position does not have live-in.

POSITION
JUNIOR SOUS

DUTIES
• The successful Junior Sous will be working alongside the Head & Sous Chef ‘s
• Expected to assist with preparation for meals and getting ready for banqueting service
• As Junior Sous you can expect to run a section
• Assisting with the development and training of other Chef de Parties & Commis
• The successful Junior Sous must have NVQ level 3 or equivalent
