Restaurant Manager - Garden Centre - Derby : £18 : 22k Plus Bonus

Client

Our client has been a successful nursery and garden centre for over 20 years. Based in the fabulous surroundings of the walled garden of a local stately home, they are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to run they busy restaurant.

Role

This is a hands on position for some with the relevant experience to run the entire day to day activities of a busy garden centre restaurant. Your role will include supervising staff, organising rotas, kitchen staff, ordering foods and menus, serving customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate

We are looking for an experienced catering professional, with restaurant managerial level experience. You will be an enthusiastic and energetic, self motivated professional who enjoys running a successful team, with a level of autonomy to get the job done and provide the highest levels of customer care. You must be prepared and available to work alternative week ends and bank holidays.

Package

Basic salary of £18-22k plus bonus for a 40 hour week.
