RESTAURANT MANAGER, London - £25,000 to £30,000 p.a. + bonus scheme

Experienced Restaurant Manager required to open new bar and kitchen based in EC2 for successful restaurant and catering chain. The site will be high volume, but requires someone with excellent attention to detail.

You must have a true passion for food and offer the highest level of customer services. You will lead the opening process and so will need experience of opening a new site, recruiting, training, setting standards, setting 7 day rotas etc. You will be solutions orientated, possess good stock management experience, have excellent communication skills both with staff and customers, and have a passion for cooking fresh food.
