Brief job description;

Demi CDP and Chef de Partie ; To assist the Executive Chef to lead and organise the kitchen brigade to maintain the highest standards required. To work in all areas of the kitchen as required and to produce meals at the highest possible level at all times. Responsibilities will include , day to day running of a section , quality and standards of food , high level presentation , capable of working with minimum supervision , Responsibility also for Health and Safety and Staff Training.

Skills required:

*Previous Chef experience preferably within a Hotel environment.

* Ideally 4* corporate environment.

*Good team player

*Flexible and adaptable

*Reliable and Punctual

*A passion for cooking and being a chef.


COMMIS CHEF ; To prepare and organise your workload to the required Kitchen / Menu standards and maintain a first class kitchen operation, including working within the guidelines on storage , wastage , Health and safety and hygiene.
