Chef de Partie required to operating the brasserie or banqueting operation of this popular & very busy hotel. There is a opportunity to move into the fine dining kitchen at a later stage of the successful chef de parties application.

POSITION
CHEF DE PARTIE

DUTIES
• The successful Chef de Partie will be working alongside the Head & Sous Chef
• Expected to assist with preparation for meals and getting ready for service
• As Chef de Partie you can expect to run a section
• Assisting with the development and training of other Chef de Parties & Commis
