Are you an experienced Cost Controller? Do you have specialist knowledge in Food and Beverage? Have you got an excellent head for figures? If yes then this new role could be your calling.

Main Duties

* The Food and Beverage Cost Controller will review and advise on Food and Beverage stock control for all Venues, taking in to account risk and working capital
* The Food and Beverage Cost Controller will review revenue and cellar operations including the use of the cellar management software
* The Food and Beverage Cost Controller will coordinating monthly stock takes for Food and Beverage
* The Food and Beverage Cost Controller will ensure all menu items are accurately costed enabling us to forecast the cost and revenue and make informed decisions based on profitability
