We need TWO Junior Sous Chefs for two 2AAR Restaurants in Cornwall. These are new offshoots of one of our oldest and best clients.

The succesful Junior Sous Chefs will become part of a select group of three AA Rosetted restaurants that have had the critics eulogising over the food.

Both have 5 or 6 chefs producing 70 - 100 covers and of course they both take advantage of local produce especially locally landed fish.

Both junior chefs will work 48 hours and enjoy a salary of between £18k and £22k depending upon experience. Live out is preferred.
