CHEF DE PARTIE - EXCLUSIVE HOTEL

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary: £17,000 to £19,000

Our client, a prestigious 5 star hotel located in Slough, Berkshire are looking to recruit three experienced skilled chefs for three Chef De Partie (CDP) positions.

You will already have experience of working in either a four star or five star hotel kitchen at Chef de Partie level. You will be preparing top class cuisine and dishes using only fresh ingredients.

Senior Chef De Partie :
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. As Senior Chef de Partie you would be expected to be capable of running a section in the kitchen to a high standard as well as helping with the supervision and training of the junior members of the kitchen team. Shift work, 45 hours per week to include bank holidays and weekends.

Chef De Partie - Main Kitchen:
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. Preparing top class cuisine/dishes using fresh ingredients. Helping to train Commis Chefs. Applicants must have experience of a 4/5* hotel kitchen. Shift work, 45 hours per week to include bank holidays and weekends.

Chef De Partie - Additional:
This position may suit an experienced Demi CDP looking for progression. Working within all section of the kitchen, assisting the Senior Chefs with the smooth running of service, assisting with stock control & ordering. You will have relevant experience within 4-5 Star Hotel kitchens, some fine dining experience would be an advantage but not essential, NVQ level 1 2 or similar (Level 3 not essential), Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
