BREAKFAST CHEF - EXCLUSIVE HOTEL

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary: £16,500 to £17,500

Our client, a prestigious 5 star hotel located in Slough, Berkshire are looking to recruit a professional and competent Breakfast Chef to oversee the breakfast operation.

You will already have experience of working in either a four star or five star hotel kitchen.

Breakfast Chef :

Duties will include maintaining the kitchens high standards. Working effectively within the brigade to run the breakfast shift and supporting the daily operations.

Applicants must have the confidence and skill to run their own shift, and achieve smooth running of the breakfast operation.

You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work. Shift work, 45 hours per week to include bank holidays and weekends

The position will be from 6am to 3pm, five days per week, working with a team of three chefs.

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have completed their NVQ Levels 1 or 2 in food preparation and cooking. Previous experience with a breakfast section within a 4 star / 5 star hotel or similar venue would be beneficial..
