The hotel has just been bought by a small, highly selective hotel group, looking to regain its 3AA Rosettes and to achieve that, a new kitchen is scheduled for the near future.

There are only 40 covers plus VERY small functions served by a 7 strong brigade.

This is a live out position.

The succesful Chef de Partie will enjoy a salary of between £16k to £18k depending upon experience
