Senior Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef for renowned Gastro Pub in Bedfordshire.

The salary is outstanding for a chef at this level and as the the succesful applicants you will need to be just as outstanding as you will be part of a 4 strong team handling up to 70 covers.

The new head chef will be looking to gain 2AA Rosettes and in doing so will be giving the traditional British menu more of a modern twist.

The succesful Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef will enjoy a salary to £21k plus tips at £4k to $5k plus there is live in available.

You will need at least 2 years experience, at least to 2AA Rosette standard.

You will also need and absolute right to work in the UK plus excellent English.
