CDP - SW London - Gastro Pub - £18k + Tips

 

Our client is a newly opened award winning gastro pub which is focused on providing an immaculate service in both front of house and the kitchen. The kitchen is lead by a 2 Michelin * chef who uses only the best local, seasonal produce. The gastro pub is located in SW London and is busy for both lunch and dinner and can seat up to 60 diners at anyone time.

 

The gastro pub is a new opening and therefore has all that latest equipment in the kitchen to make your job as easy as possible. They serve modern British cuisine with a twist. The gastro pub has a sister restaurant in central London which holds the much converted 2 Michelin *and is nominated in the top 50 restaurants within the world. The chef patron from their sister restaurant often spends days working in the gastro pub to assist with staff training and menu planing.

 

The ideal Chef De Partie will be qualified, passionate and keen to learn and develop and will be expected to give 100% every shift they work. The successful Chef De Partie will receive training from a 2 Michelin * trained chef and will be paid £21,000 per annum + tips which usually accumulates to around £100 per month. As a Chef De Partie you will be expected to run your own section within the kitchen aswell as training and been a mentor to junior members of staff. Experience within a similar establishment is beneficial when applying for this position.
