Front Of House Manager

On behalf of our client Concept Staffing is looking to recruit an experienced Front of House Manager for an award winning family run restaurant in Topsham.

Serving a heavily Spanish and Mediterranean influenced menu using fresh local produce, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a good knowledge of the catering industry, highly organised and able to lead by example with the rest of the Front of house staff.

Daily duties to include the management of all front of house operations, staff, daily food and wine menu's, ordering, rota's and payroll.

This role gives the successful individual the opportunity to flourish and be able to create a welcome and returnable environment for all the local customers and passing trade.

The working week is across split shifts with Sunday evening and all day Monday shut

With a competitive salary dependant on experience
