I am looking for a hard working driven chef who wants to progress their career and develop their skills within a busy kitchen. The Hotel is a well-respected brand locally and positions rarely come up at this venue so a swift application would be needed!
You should be competent in a busy rosette fine dining kitchen, and be able to work on your own initiative, while helping to develop the dining experience.
You must be a driven individual who is experienced in a professional kitchen and comfortable working under pressure in a busy team environment.

Chef de Partie
As the Chef de Partie you will be working as a valued team member in a hardworking brigade.
There is a real sense of team so they after someone who wants to be part of the success.
With all this, it isn't a surprise that the role is expected to be filled sooner rather than later so apply as soon as you can!!
This is a permanent position based on 48 hours a week.
