Strong Sous Chef needed!
- Must be firstly a great chef with fantastic cooking techniques, British cuisine, seasonal produce.
- Must be able to manage a team in Head Chefs absence, monitor stock, keep up GP, ordering, costings, menu development.
- 10-20k a week on food with all food made in house.
- Passion, flair and a general love for the kitchen and all matters is needed.
