Duty Manager - Lancashire

An opportunity has arisen for a Duty Manager based in my clients Business & Banqueting Department.

In this role, the successful candidate will be reporting to the Events Manager, ensure that all Front of House and Bar Operations are carried out to the highest company standards and would suit a candidate keen to retain a hands-on role in a busy operation.

You will be responsible for liaising with staff, planning rotas, organising and distributing duties for supervisors and team members, training and mentoring the team. Compiling clear, concise and accurate financial information for guest billing, company accounts and stock reconciliation processes. Monitoring and maintaining all Front of House and Bar stocks. The right candidate will understand the importance of standard company operating procedures.

Salary £20,000 + benefits
