Chef / Cook

Our client based in Montrose is looking for a Chef / Cook to join their team for Holiday cover from June 11th to June 15th.

The successful candidate will need to be innovative, flexible and committed with passion for excellent food, ingredients and service and also ensuring that the kitchen meets all health and safety/ food hygiene standards.

This is an industrial catering position to provide all the staff on site with meals. Duties include cooking and preparation of cooked meals to a high standard. You must be able to work on your own and maintain high hygiene standards. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Qualified to City & Guilds 706(1) or equivalent, and previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm
Pay Rate - £7.50 - £8.50
