Kitchen Assistants

My client requires Kitchen Assistants to work on a very ad hoc basis to cover sickness and holiday for existing staff.

The successful candidate must have some experience in a restaurant environment, no matter what the position, so that they have first hand experience of the workings of a professional kitchen.

The role itself will include basic preparation of foods. Although experience within this role is not necessary, someone with strong culinary knife skills, both in terms of speed and accuracy would be ideal.
